DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, January 7\, 2012 at 12 noon (come earlier if you want to bring a dish to prepare on site)\n\n	\n\n	The 16th Annual Wild Game cookout put on by the Friends of Sampson County Waterways featuring wild game from the bounty of Eastern North Carolina. Wild hog\, beaver\, squirrel\, rabbit\, bear\, catfish\, and venison are just some of the meats that will be served along with a variety of side dishes\, desserts\, and beverages.\n\n	\n\n	Cost: $8 per plate for adults and $4 per plate for children under 12. Children under 3 eat free. Bring a covered dish whether it's wild game or not and get one free adult admission.\n\n	\n\n	Proceeds benefit the Friends of Sampson County Waterways\, a group dedicated to keeping the creeks and rivers of Sampson County clean and clear for the enjoyment of all.\n\n	\n\n	It will be held at Clinton City Market\, 175 Lisbon Street\, Clinton\, NC 28328.
