15th Annual Relay for Life Golf Tournament
Schindler Elevator Corporation will be holding the 15th Annual Relay for Life Tournament at Coharie Country Club. The format will be "Captains Choice (Superball)", allowing even the least skilled golfer the opportunity to contribute to a team's success. Prizes will be awarded to "Longest Drive" and "Closest to the Pin." All entry forms are due no later than Friday, May 29th.

Fees/Admission
Entry fee: $45 per person or $180 per team
Includes greens fee, cart, and a BBQ lunch
For each individual, please make one check of $22 payable to American Cancer Society and one check of $23 payable to Coharie Country Club per person (receipts available upon request).
You are encouraged to sponsor a hole with levels at:
Platinum $500
Gold $250
Silver $100
Your company will be recognized for any level of contribution. Gifts that can be given as door prizes are also accepted.
