Law Enforcement Day

Show your support to our law enforcement officers for their service and sacrifice to protect our cities, towns, counties and state. Pay special tribute to those officers who lost their lives in the line of duty for the safety and protection of others. Ceremony at 10:00 a.m. Come see Clinton Police Officer demonstrate drug seizure techniques with "Dandy" the drug dog; Sampson County Sheriff’s Deputy will be available for child fingerprinting; North Carolin Highway Patrol Trooper explains proper use of child restraint seat; and Clinton Fire Department will provide the smoke house for the public to experience how to find their way out of a smoke-filled house .
